Job Description
This is an opportunity to train individuals to operate their own offices and grow professionally within the ClearDefense Pest Control organization. The program involves a hybrid approach with on-site training and support, progressing through a series of steps including a classroom environment, on-site training, and then a structured leadership path. Requirements
- Bachelor's or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a similar business-related field
- 2+ years proven experience in an operations management position
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of general business software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
