Job Description
At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and our planet. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Career Outreach Specialist to help expand outreach to the local community to raise awareness among students and interested job seekers to participate in utility sponsored Energy Efficiency Careers training.
Requirements
- High School or associate’s degree, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in a career outreach role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, travel 50% within a defined territory, mileage compensation
- Experience with technical trades (HVAC/Electrician/Carpentry/Weatherization) a plus
