Energy Efficiency Program Manager

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to join their Strategic Energy Management team, supporting BC-based utility clients. The successful candidate will lead program delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction, and will have a strong client-facing and strategic role.

Requirements

• Lead multiple SEM programs
• Serve as primary client contact
• Translate contracted scope into delivery plan and execution strategy
• Ensure program delivery aligns with contractual requirements
• Maintain full financial accountability
• Partner with finance
• Prepare and deliver clear client reports
• Collaborate with SEM coaches and internal teams
• Identify risks and performance gaps
• Analyze program data
• Anticipate client needs
• Own all program contracting activities
• Participate in client meetings and limited travel
