Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop, present, and optimize data driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications.
- Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and effective at prioritizing in fast paced settings.
- Strong relationship building skills with a collaborative, client focused approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
