Operations Intern (Summer 2026)

At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and our planet. We're looking for a talented Operations Intern to work directly with our program operations team, supporting the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of an energy efficiency program.

Requirements

• Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
• Based in the Albuquerque Metro Area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office products
