Requirements
- Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
- Manage and process incoming customer applications from initial intake through final completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements.
- Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery.
- Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate.
- Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.
