Requirements

• Lead one or more complex client programs
• Act as a key client contact
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Provide people leadership with direct reports and indirect oversight
• Manage program financials, including budgeting and forecasting
• Execute contracts to ensure compliance and performance
• Track KPIs, financial targets, and client satisfaction metrics
• Analyze program challenges and implement practical solutions
