Senior Manager, Marketing Automation - Remote

We are looking for a strong leader to guide and grow our Email Marketing work. This role will help run our email tools, lead a team that handles a high amount of client-facing work, and bring new and better ways of doing things. We want someone who can help modernize our processes and support our team with clear direction and care.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Strong understanding of how email messages, journeys, and campaigns are built
• Ability to work with data and use it to guide choices and improvements
• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing, including Email or Marketing Automation
• At least 5 years leading people, not just acting as a team lead
