Job Description
At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and our planet. The Senior Program Manager will lead CLEAResult’s implementation of the Act 129 Business (C&I) Energy Efficiency Programs for a utility in Eastern Pennsylvania. The role oversees all phases of program implementation, including cost management, program implementation, performance tracking, client/customer satisfaction, and strategic coordination.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing large-scale programs; preferably (Commercial & Industrial)
- Understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and Business energy efficiency measures
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA and to the CLEAResult, Client office, or Customer Sites
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred
