Market General Manager (LAX)

Market General Manager oversees CLEAR operations within a designated geographic market, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations, and supporting the Regional Director in maintaining quality control, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing operational oversight.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Operations leadership required (General Manager experience necessary)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Prior experience managing multi-unit preferred
• A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others (internally & externally)
• Ability to develop trusted relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• Required to successfully complete a government background investigation
