Job Description
Our client, a leading insurance agency, is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join their team. In this role you will be supporting the sales goals of the agency to meet long-term and short-term goals for agency growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of insurance agency experience
- Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
- Life Insurance Licensed: Preferred
- Proven experience in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated expertise in account management, including relationship building and client retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients
