Software Engineer in Test

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test to join and grow a high-performing team that aims to help create a world-class engineering capability. The role will involve working across different clients and sectors, with a wide range of technologies.

Set up automated tests, develop and maintain native test automation frameworks, and define best practices for test automation. Analyze complex end-to-end tests and identify opportunities to streamline them.

Requirements

• CI/CD: Set up automated tests to run in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• End-to-End Testing Optimisation: Analyse existing complex end-to-end tests
• Test Strategy and Best Practices: Define and promote best practices for test automation
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain native test automation frameworks
• Software Engineering: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues and develop effective solutions
