1st Charge Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused 1st Charge Advisor to join our growing ClearScore Home Lending team. This role is central to helping customers make confident financial decisions by supporting them through the first charge mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.

Requirements

• CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience working within the UK mortgage market (first charge)
• Strong understanding of FCA regulation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
• Experience conducting fact-finds and affordability assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
