3 years healthcare experience required. Clinical licensure required
Licensed Vocational Nurse, LVN
LPN License, 1+ year of LPN experience, CPR certification
Physical Therapist Assistant
One year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
Clinical Liaison , PRN (RN, LPN, PT, OT, SLP, RT)
3 years healthcare experience required; healthcare sales experience preferred
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN
2 years of direct patient care experience, current state licensure in Speech Language Pathology, and Basic Life Support/CPR card required
Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Current RRT licensure and 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner required
CNA/PCT - full time
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2 years experience in inpatient hospital setting, current state CNA certification, CPR certification
Certified Nurses Aide
High school diploma, 2 years of inpatient hospital experience, current CNA certification, and CPR certification required
Physical Therapist PRN
2 years of direct patient physical therapy care and treatment experience, current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, and Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required
Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN
2 years of experience, current state license, and BLS/CPR certification required
