The Physical Therapist provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.

Requirements

• Evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and establishes plan of care
• Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans in accordance with Hospital requirements and established guidelines
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress
• Maintains regular attendance in keeping with assigned work schedule
