Job Description
The Clinical Applications Support Specialist serves as the primary support resource for all clinical applications, implementing, supporting, and optimizing healthcare software systems to ensure clinicians have the tools and training they need to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary support contact for all clinical applications
- Train and educate clinicians and staff on the effective, compliant use of clinical applications
- Analyze clinical workflows and recommend system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care
