Business Intelligence Team Leader

ClearSource is seeking a Business Intelligence Team Leader to drive reporting initiatives, lead a talented team, and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end development of lifecycle using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of reports with business objectives
• Establish and uphold reporting standards, templates, and best practices
• Monitor report performance and drive continuous improvements in usability and efficiency
• Promote data literacy through training and support for report users across the organization
• Identify opportunities for automation and enhance data accessibility
