We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta. This role is ideal for a data-focused marketer who can generate high-quality leads, improve ROI, and contribute directly to ClearSource’s growth.
Requirements
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Generate a minimum of 10+ marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month by Q4 2025
- Manage budgets strategically to reduce CPA by at least 15%
- Increase qualified website traffic by 30% and maintain an average CTR of 3.5% or higher
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Market Development Manager, and other stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, messaging, and targeting
- Leverage 6Sense intent data to refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, including the ethical use of AI to improve workflows and outcomes
