Job Description
ClearSource is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will provide customer support for the client's premium Solar program, help customers eliminate stress and hassle related to home maintenance services, and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in the solar industry is an advantage
- Outbound calling background is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite
