Trainer | Solar Campaign

ClearSource is looking for an exceptional Trainer to support Solar lines of business. The ideal candidate is collaborative and has a quality performance planning mindset.

Requirements

• Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and other information as required to achieve Operations objectives
• Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the hand-off of trainees to production
• Administer assessments to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
