Job Description
Lead the strategy, development, pricing, and performance of Clearview's consumer deposit products. Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver value to members and support the credit union's long-term financial strength.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or portfolio management in financial services
- Proven success working with deposit pricing, product profitability, or consumer financial products
- Analytical proficiency with strong comfort in data interpretation, segmentation, and forecasting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence across teams without formal authority
- Familiarity with deposit regulations, disclosure requirements, and compliance considerations
- Experience collaborating with Finance and Marketing on product initiatives, pricing, and promotions
