Financial Center Manager - Pleasant Hills

As Financial Center Manager, you will lead the financial center's performance, culture, and results, aligning sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will drive financial center sales and growth, develop and lead a high-performing team, and strengthen Clearview's presence in the community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a team or consistently achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a sales-driven environment and lead through coaching, accountability, and collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
