Senior Subject Matter Expert - Client Servicing

Client Servicing Subject Matter Experts are domain experts in a specific area or topic, operating as a liaison between our clients and internal teams. They develop and apply expertise on the Clearwater systems and processes to evaluate requirements and configure solutions to meet a wide range of investment accounting and reporting needs for Clearwater's largest clients.

Requirements

• Translate client's business requirements into specific system applications, process design, implementation materials/training and SOPs.
• Deliver accurate, timely and thorough responses to any inquiry in both written and verbal contexts.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team to accurately resolve complex problems and client inquiries.
• Strategize with development teams to enhance our product offering.
• Manage and consistently complete assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources.
• Drive client self-service by leading efforts to develop knowledge base and SOP documentation.
