Project Engineer

Project Engineer responsible for managing the review, coordination, and approval of detailed design packages for solar and energy storage projects. This is a hybrid role based in one of our office locations in San Francisco, San Diego, Scottsdale, Houston, or Denver.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or related subject.
• M.S. degree and/or P.E. desirable.
• Minimum 2+ years of solar/BESS industry experience, including 1+ year of direct EPC experience completing the detailed design, permitting, and construction of solar projects, and 1+ year of storage experience.
• Experience with solar and storage project financing and independent engineer requirements.
• Ability and willingness to travel (~20%) and occasionally to work after hours on short notice, when necessary.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize work, manage relationships with clients, colleagues, consultants, and contractors.
