Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax Planning, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting tax planning activities, including US federal and state income tax, transaction tax return support, cash tax optimization, credits and incentives, and transaction diligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Education, Taxation, Business/Administration, or similar
- 4+ years of professional experience
- 2 to 3 years of federal and state tax compliance or tax planning experience with a public accounting firm or large corporate tax department
- Partnership (Sub K) tax experience
- Desire to learn data translation using Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and explain tax-related items to non-tax audiences
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent efforts and provide high-quality deliverables accurately and on time
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
