Requirements
- 5–7+ years of swine or pork production leadership experience
- Experience in large-scale production systems (Top 12 pork producers preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence change and drive operational improvements
