Job Description
Clemens Food Group is seeking a Vice President of Transportation to lead a team of 190+ transportation professionals and modernize the company's transportation operation. The role requires a strong leader with experience in transportation leadership, budgeting, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in safety, compliance, and driver development, as well as experience with TMS systems.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of senior transportation leadership experience
- Experience in perishable foods, protein, dairy, or agriculture transport
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, P&L, and KPI leadership
- Strong systems mindset and experience with TMS systems
- Proven track record in safety, compliance, and driver development
