Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial, oil & gas, manufacturing, or field operations environment.
- Recruiting and talent acquisition experience, particularly for technical, skilled labor, or operations roles.
