Cleveland-Cliffs Steel is seeking an Associate Customer Account Representative to manage customer accounts, provide front-line customer support, and oversee order flow processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
• Initiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills
• Effectively communicates with team internally and externally
