Laboratory Supervisor

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor at our Coatesville location. The individual will ensure laboratory work is completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner to deliver quality products to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Technical Sciences or Engineering
• Minimum one year of hands‐on experience in a metals testing laboratory
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced, and diverse environment
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
