The Shift Manager Maintenance is responsible for supervising and providing work direction to hourly union employees in a fast-paced work environment with complex operations.

Requirements

• Supervise and direct hourly employees.
• Assign manpower and equipment as necessary to repair and upgrade mill equipment.
• Direct both planned preventative maintenance activities and work through equipment breakdown scenarios.
• Implement the safety program’s goals to ensure a safe work environment.
• Identify problem(s), gather the appropriate information, and analyze in an effective manner.
