Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science or equivalent experience (Essential)
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist
- Previous line management experience
- Prior management experience in a clinical laboratory environment
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and quality control processes
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
- Effective communication of results to clinical teams
- Assay validation experience
- Involvement in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervisory or mentoring experience in a laboratory setting
