The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical supervision and coordinates unit clinical operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Nurse Manager.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Two years of recent clinical nurse experience
• Demonstratable clinical knowledge and skills; oral, written and interpersonal skills; and strong analytical and organization skills
