Job Description
Join our team at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital and experience world-class healthcare at its best. As a Cardiovascular Technician, your responsibilities will include performing both non-invasive and invasive procedures, such as echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, cardiovascular catheterization, stent insertion, balloon angioplasty and implanting pacemakers. In this role, you will ensure patients feel informed, relaxed, and safe during each appointment.
Requirements
- Cardiovascular Lab Technology Program Certificate or equivalent education deemed acceptable by RCIS and RCES credentialing body
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS through the American Red Cross
- Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT)
- Cath lab or Interventional Radiology experience
- Two years of critical care experience
