Job Description

The Lead Pharmacy Technician – Inpatient supports daily pharmacy operations within a high-acuity hospital environment, overseeing workflow for a team of approximately 30 technicians, and ensuring efficient medication distribution and operational continuity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience as a pharmacy technician within the assigned relevant practice area
- Registered Pharmacy Technician through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (OBOP) or Pharmacy Technician Trainee with OBOP
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcare Association (NHA) within 18 months of hire
