Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a customer facing role
• Associate’s Degree and one year of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of medical terminology sufficient to understand physician orders
• Basic PC software application knowledge and ability to use multiple data systems
• Ability to work confidently and efficiently in an emergency department setting
