Job Description
Patient Service Specialist provides a comprehensive, proactive, and 'Patients First' experience for patients and visitors at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus. Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills and uses evolving technology to manage patient requests. Ensures stellar and efficient patient experience while reducing financial loss and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service
- An associate's degree and one year of experience
- A bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of medical terminology
