Radiation Therapist I

Radiation Therapists implement plans of treatment and use accelerators and ionizing radiation-producing equipment to treat diseases, primarily different kinds of cancer.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAHEA approved School of Radiation Therapy technology or registry eligible
• Registered Radiation Therapist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Current state licensure as a Radiation Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
