Job Description
Join the Cleveland Clinic team as a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high quality nursing care to patients in their own homes. This role will cover the Summit County area and involve providing assessments, complex nursing treatments, and education to help avoid readmissions to the acute care setting.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Minimum one year current clinical experience as a registered nurse
- One year of clinical experience as an RN in an acute med/surg setting
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage with $100,000/$300,000 coverage
