Fixed Security

The Cleveland Guardians are seeking a Fixed Security team member to provide a safe and friendly environment for fans, visitors, and staff at Progressive Field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to fulfill training requirements, including twelve (12) hours of security and anti-terrorism training during the first year of work, and a minimum of eight (8) hours of security and anti-terrorism training each year thereafter
• Working knowledge of safety and security functions, customer service philosophies, and conflict de-escalation and resolution principles
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and communicate effectively
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the role
• Adapts quickly and effectively to a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse work environment
