Building Maintenance Technicians

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History seeks a dedicated professional to join its Facilities team as a General Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will conduct regular and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair, maintenance, plumbing, and electrical practices
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
