The Cleveland Museum of Natural History seeks a Director of Engineering & Facilities to oversee the daily operations of its facilities, manage facilities projects, and develop and manage the facilities budget.

Requirements

• Oversee daily operations for museum facilities
• Manage facilities projects
• Develop and manage facilities budget
• Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors
• Recommend improvements to building systems
• Manage service agreements and contracts
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC system
• Maintain museum-wide water filtration and circulation systems
• Collaborate cross-departmentally
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
