ClickHouse is looking for a Growth Analyst to build marketing attribution infrastructure and drive product-led growth through data insights. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst or Marketing Analyst role with deep attribution expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst or Marketing Analyst role with deep attribution expertise.
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Comfortable querying large datasets, building attribution models, and creating funnel analyses.
- Experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar databases is ideal.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and UTM tracking frameworks.
- Strong experience with marketing attribution methodologies (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, data-driven attribution) and tools.
- Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, attribution modeling, and data automation.
- Deep understanding of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical significance testing.
- Skilled in dashboard creation and data visualization with tools like Superset or Preset.
- Experience working with marketing campaign platforms, customer segmentation, and CRM data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
