Requirements

• Consistently produce 20+ high-quality design assets per day
• Deliver a balanced mix of fresh concepts and variations for ongoing campaigns
• Maintain a revision rate below 10%
• Ensure 95%+ of assets meet brand guidelines
• Propose 2-3 new creative ideas per week
• Collaborate with Media Buyers to review creative metrics
• Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Maintain organized working files
