Job Description
Client Accelerators is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across their elite portfolio of founder-led clients. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles, and a proven track record managing creative teams and ideating and launching direct-response video ads.
Requirements
- 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
- Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers)
- Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs
- Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries is a plus
