Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer with senior to advanced-level skills in Java, Python, AWS Cloud, and full-stack development to contribute to our architecture and technology roadmap.
Requirements
- Applying software engineering principles to design, implement, configure, and optimize solutions for applications, databases, test automation tools, and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products.
- Partnering with product owners and customers to develop innovative solutions that meet business goals.
- Reviewing and analyzing business and technical requirements and implementing technical solutions to fulfill those requirements.
- Creating unit tests as part of Continuous Development practices.
- Conducting peer code reviews, providing recommendations, and collaborating with peers to enhance software coding practices.
- Fixing bugs and supporting QA, UAT, and Production phases of releases.
- Fostering and applying an agile mindset enabling high-performing teams.
- Providing coaching, education, and advocating for development best practices.
- Offering support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and service request management for supported products and environments.
