Aquatics Director

The Aquatics Director oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of the Club’s aquatic facilities, including the Main Pool and Kiddie Pool. This role is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and certifying lifeguards, as well as developing and implementing aquatic programs and youth activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in recreation, physical education with electives in aquatics
• 3+ years of experience
• Certified Pool Operator (though training can be provided)
• Lifeguard Certification
• CPR/AED Certification

Benefits

• Seasonal salary: $30,000 – $35,000
