Associate, Greater China Capital Markets, Hong Kong

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions, including but not limited to, ECM transactions and some DCM transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 years PQE in capital markets within a reputable law firm or financial institution.
• Strong academic credentials in law.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific market.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
