Job Description
Join our Warsaw Hub team as a Commercial Assistant, assisting with finance and secretarial activities across the order to cash cycle. The role involves supporting Matter Inception, collection, billing, and other tasks. You'll work with finance and secretarial colleagues, and collaborate with team members at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics is preferable, with experience in OTC/ finance roles an advantage.
Requirements
- Familiarity with a pre-determined set of processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluency in English and French or Spanish (Polish language skills desirable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
- Good understanding of financial processes that underpin order to cash activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
- Experience in OTC/ finance roles an advantage
