Job Description
A great opportunity exists for a Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Real Estate practice on a 14-month fixed term contract, providing legal advice and support on a range of real estate transactions and matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Australia qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in Australia
- Significant post-qualification experience in corporate real estate law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
- Experience in a managing and a team (law firm or in-house team preferred)
